Contact form. Your name, email address and message, so we can reply.

Deals sign-up. Your name and mobile number, so we can text you our deals.

Like most websites, we record how the site is used. For each visit this includes:

• the pages you view, when, how long each one is on screen and how far down you scroll;
• the website or link that sent you here (for example a search engine or a social media post) and any campaign tag in that link;
• the links and buttons you use on our site, such as links to our online menu, our phone number, directions and social media pages, and your answer to our age question;
• your IP address (the internet address your device connects from);
• your approximate location, worked out from your IP address: city, state and ZIP code. This is not your street address and is often just the nearest town to your internet provider's equipment;
• your type of device, browser, operating system, screen size and, where your browser shares it, your phone model.

We keep this in our own database. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or ad network tracking pixels on this website.

The site keeps a few small items in your browser's storage (not cookies): a random visit number that your browser forgets when you close the tab, a random number that lets us recognize a return visit, a count of your visits, and whether you have answered the age question and seen the sign-up box on this visit. None of them contain your name, phone number or anything you type. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, or avoid them by using a private window.

• to reply to your messages and send the deals texts you signed up for;
• to understand how many people visit, how they find us, and whether they can find our menu, phone number and directions, so we can improve the site and our advertising;
• to keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse;
• to meet our legal obligations.

If you sign up for deals by text, we will send promotional messages from Marijuana Land to the number you gave. How often varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop the texts, or HELP for help. Signing up is never a condition of buying anything.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their own marketing.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of this website for us, such as our website host (Vercel) and our database provider (Supabase), and only so they can provide that service. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our store or the public.

Our online menu and ordering pages are run by a separate company and have their own privacy policy, which applies once you open them.

• IP addresses: deleted after 90 days.
• Other visit records: deleted after about 13 months.
• Messages and sign-ups: kept until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. Reply STOP to any text to be taken off the list.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@marijuanaland.com. We may need to confirm it is you before we act on the request.

This website is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website can be completely secure. We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
